PGI Cyber Security Visit

Year 13 ICT students visited PGI Cyber Security in Aztec West this week to gain a deeper insight into the complex world of cyber security.  Having designed and created a website for their client, the security of the online transactions needs careful consideration.  After a briefing in the boardroom from developers, social engineers and the Managing Director, the students had a tour of the facilities and completed their visit in the training room. Students were exposed to cyber threats in a controlled environment and witnessed how quickly cyber threats can be created and websites breached.
